The Team includes long term experienced people in the field of Technical and marketing who have successfully Captured the Export & Indian Market. 

LIGHTING AND ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY

The Company has successfully produced the Products as PARTS OF LAMPS/BULBS namely ‘LAMP CAPS’ and had captured the Multi National Companies and have also stopped to import from the foreign Market and replacing our Product. We have done this under “MAKE IN INDIA” project.

As a Producer of Technical Ceramics GLS has concentrated on different shapes made of Steatite, Cordierite, Porcelain and Alumina.

Through Specialisation in these materials, GLS is able to offers its Engineering Service combined with a Unique Manufacturing Capability which results in a Tailor-made product at a Reasonable Cost. GLS has installed state of Art Equipment to Produce Excellent Grade of Ceramics/Steatite, the Machine Includes Power Press, Tablet Press, SPM (Specialised purposed machines) Threading Machines, Fully Automated Tunnel Kiln, CAD CAM aided Tool Designing Facilities, Fully equipped tool rooms and its Forming facilities such as Uniaxial Presses, Double Acting Presses, Hydro pneumatic Moulding, Extrusion, Machining etc. GLS makes as per ISI standard and DIN standard and is dedicated to give full Satisfaction to their Customers.

The Wide Variety of Mineral (raw material) influence the Ceramics High Technology is required as well Continuous Monitoring needs to be done in all steps of production. The Testing Spectrum Ranges from the 100% testing of Certain Parameters, Integrated with Automatic Manufacturing, all the way to extensive long term tests on random samples.

A Qualified Engineer in Mechanical side with a Vast Experience to the Manufacturing Area and Ability to develop the NPD (New Product Development) with the help of SPM’s (Special Purpose Machine), Actively involved in the Marketing, Production, Process and QMS.
